The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is the nodal agency of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORT&H), Government of India and has been entrusted Construction of 4-Lane Greenfield Jalbehra Shahbad Section of NH-152G Start from KM 0+000 to KM 22+850 (Part of Shahbad-Tol Feeder Route) in the State of Haryana on Hybrid Annuity Mode Under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-l.

M/s. Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Private Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of CeigalL India Ltd.

- Two intersections at Km 0+000 (NH-152) and Km 22 (NH-44).
- Project is located in Haryana for the construction of the 4-Lane Greenfield Jalbehra Shahbad Section of NH-152G, part of the Shahbad-Thol Feeder Route under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I.
- Alignment starts at Jalbehra Village in District Kurukshetra and runs through several villages, ending at Shahbad on Saha road.
- The highway crosses the State Highway at design Ch. 18+565.

Currently, CIL has 18 ongoing projects, including 13 EPC projects and five HAM projects which includes elevated corridors, bridges, flyovers, rail over-bridges, tunnels, expressway, runway, metro project and multi-lane highways.
Ceigall has demonstrated track record of completing the Projects ahead of schedule. As on date, Ceigall has completed seven EPC projects out of 16 before the schedule completion date.

Laboratory include working of
- FDD Testing at Site with Independent Engineer for checking of Compaction of pavement
- Sampling of GSB Material to check the Gradation of Laid Material with Independent Engineer and NHAI Representative
- Checking of Gradation for WMM material of Independent Engineer
- Testing of strength of concrete Cube in the presence of Independent Engineer
- Calibration of Sand Pouring Cylinder with Independent Engineer
- DPR of lab work Writing on a daily basis.
